PrIMe Reaction data records contain only the information on chemical transformation taking place, listing reactants and their stoichiometric coefficients. Only this information is stored in PrIMe Reactions catalog.
Reaction records are designated by primeID identifier "r", followed by a unique 8-digit sequence; for example: r00001234.
Each reaction record may contain "preferredKey", an entry that is short, custom reference to the reaction. The prefered key does not necessarily uniquely identify the reaction, but rather serves as a clue to what reaction takes place when reaction is referred to in a chemical mode. For example, preferred key for the reaction with primeID r00001976 is "CH3 + H2O = CH4 + OH". Preffered key for reactions is assigned by the PrIMe Work Group overseeing that reaction.
The reaction rate data (as well as any other reaction property) are separate data records and are stored in the corresponding reaction data folder. Currently, the data records are:
