PrIMe experimental data records contain information on experimental apparatus, experimental conditions -
including conditions imposed on a system, as pressure in sub-sonc flow systems, chemical composition
at the beginning of the experiment, and values of the physical properties recorded during the experiment.
Experimental records are designated by primeID identifier "x", followed by a unique 8-digit sequence; for example: x00001234.
For every numerical value uncertainty can be specified.
